Blue Hanoi Hotel truly exceeded all our expectations. The suite was perfect, offering a breathtaking view of the city. The staff was super friendly and attentive, especially the Hotel Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to cater to every taste. The hotel's location in Hai Ba Trung was ideal - close to shops, bars, and restaurants yet still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Hanoi's cultural highlights. We felt truly spoiled by the high-class service and amenities provided.
